Returns & Exchanges

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from GABRIELA JEWELRY you can return or exchange it within days of the original delivery.  EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Each returned item must be accompanied by the original receipt. Products must be return in the original condition which it was sent out in the original packaging.  Products should be returned to GABRIELA JEWELRY by trackable mail and include return addresses as we are not responsible for lost packages.  A refund or exchange will be issued once the item is received in and accepted.

Any product bought on sale is final sale.  All special and custom orders are final sale, as are international sales.  Wedding and engagement rings are final sale.  We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.  Returns on jewelry over $400 will be store credit only.  You will be notified via email when credit is issued.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and GABRIELA JEWELRY is not responsible for return shipping.

Repairs

For all repair inquires please email info@gabrielajewelry.com.  Please include your contact information such as name, description, photo of damage and proof of purchase. GABRIELA JEWELRY reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired at no additional charge if a claim is made within 3 days of delivery, claims made after 3 days may be subject to charges.

Some fees may be incurred in the repair of jewelry.
