Once your selection is ready, we will promptly send you a detailed email outlining the specifics, including information about color, clarity, carat weight, and more. This ensures complete transparency and allows you to make an informed decision from the comfort of your own space.

Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, we invite you to schedule an in-person appointment to personally review and appreciate the beauty of your chosen diamonds. Our team is dedicated to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable experience, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.

Step 1:  Make an appointment.
Lets talk about what you want! Get in touch, whether you prefer to do so in person or virtually we want to hear form you!  This is the moment to share your inspiration, relate your ideas and discuss what exactly your looking to create.

Step 2: Approve Quote.
Based on our conversation we will put together quote detailing the costs associated with the types of materials used, size and quality of any stones and any other technical design parameters that need to be considered in the construction of your piece.

Step 3: Payment / Deposit
Once you have approved the quote, it is preferred that you pay the total in full before we start.  We will accept deposits of half the total due to start and the final half due to ship or pick-up.

Step 4: Approve Design.
After we have received payment. We will email you a sketch of your final piece. Please confirm this design in writing, any adjustments need to be stipulated in writing and later approved before fabrication.

Step 5: Fabrication
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your design to be ready.
(please note: rush fees will apply if you would like your piece sooner and is feasible.)

Step 6: Final Payment
Before picking up your order or before shipping out, your final payment is now due!

Step 7: Enjoy!
